To assist in making your service experience pleasant, we invest in the latest high-tech equipment. An example of Sunderland Chevrolet's commitment to "Fix it right the first time" is the Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Measurement System. This technology provides a tire assembly “road test” while mounted on the unit, locating and eliminating virtually every cause of wheel vibration relating to the tire and rim. The StraightTrak LFM feature assesses the lateral forces in tires that cause pulls and drifts and provides corrective measures to minimize, offset or elimate these problems.

All new or remanufactured GM Parts and Accessories installed by Sunderland Chevrolet in passenger cars and trucks are covered for parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Many GM Parts installed by Sunderland Chevrolet are warranted as long as you own your vehicle as we are enrolled in GM Goodwrench Service Plus.

Simply pay for any of the services covered by the Lifetime Service Guarantee, and they’re covered for as long as you own that vehicle. *It doesn’t matter how long you’ve owned it – simply return to your original dealer.
